This year will mark the 32nd SEMICON Japan exhibition. This year's event will be a truly international affair, featuring exhibits by more than 1,500 companies from countries and regions worldwide and the technology symposium, presenting over 100 papers, bringing together the latest technologies from around the world.
Nikon Group exhibits its major products at Nikon Booth (3C-1101) in Hall 3 with the theme of "Trusted Partnership. Creating Success."
IC steppers and scanners, semiconductor inspection equipment, Wafer Edge inspection microscopes and other related products as well as maintenance services are exhibited through the display of production machinery and equipment, panel presentations and video movies.
