Approval of a Supplement to the Prospectus by the Belgian Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission ("BFIC")

Tokyo, June 30, 2009 — A supplement to the Prospectus was approved by the BFIC on June 26, 2009 (the "Supplement").

The Supplement is available in English, Dutch and French. Nikon and NIMD have prepared a translation into Dutch and French of the Supplement. Nikon and NIMD are responsible for the accuracy of the translations but only the English version will be legally binding.
