Few people know that there is the archives in some odd corner of a certain warehouse in Ohi Plant (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo) that is the birthplace of the "Nikon Camera".
Many historical materials including camera prototypes are stored, but they are now being pigeonholed and not opened to the public yet.
